Job Description:

As a Real Estate Texter specializing in rural vacant land, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential land buyers through text messaging. Your goal is to generate leads and cultivate relationships by leveraging your expertise in improving text message scripts. You will work with our team to send over 1800 personalized texts per day, reaching out to a diverse pool of potential land buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Texting Campaigns: Execute daily texting campaigns to over 1800 potential land buyers using LaunchControl.

Script Optimization: Continuously improve and refine text message scripts to maximize engagement and lead generation.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential land buyers through text conversations and schedule follow-up actions.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all text interactions and leads in our CRM system.

Market Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate trends, rural land market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and lead hand-off.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in US-based real estate, with a focus on rural vacant land sales.

Proficiency in using LaunchControl for text messaging campaigns is essential.

Strong communication skills and a persuasive approach to text messaging.

Exceptional scriptwriting and editing skills.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
