Our ideal candidate is organized, dedicated to producing quality results, meticulous with details, a positive person, a good communicator -- both written and verbal, have excellent computer skills, a quick mind and willing to work hard and smart. You'll work in a fast paced office in Hendersonville, TN. This is NOT an entry level position. Working knowledge of real estate is required.

Job Responsibilities

Communicate regularly with our buyers and sellers to ensure all necessary steps are being taken to successfully purchase or sell their home. Communicate with Title companies and lenders to coordinate all parties in a successful real estate sale. Support the real estate agents in our real estate brokerage to ensure they have all the necessary contract documents needed for the real estate sale.

- Keen attention to detail; excellent time management skills

- Proficient skill level with computer applications, including Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel; database management.

- Confidence and business maturity; clear and effective phone communication; excellent writing skills.

- 3 years minimum of work experience; preferably in transaction/file/project management, administrative responsibilities, real estate related industry experience strongly prefer.
