Real Estate Underwriter/Analyst

Full Job Description

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company focused on wholesaling and flipping residential properties. We’re hiring a reliable, analytical Underwriter to evaluate off-market deals and provide fast, accurate property valuations. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Latin America with opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze residential properties to determine current “as-is” market value.
• Identify and document after-repair value (ARV) using accurate comparables.
• Research market trends, renovation costs, and neighborhood factors.
• Compile and summarize comps using online tools and MLS-style data sources.
• Deliver fast, reliable insights and communicate findings clearly to the team.

Job Requirements

• Solid understanding of U.S. residential real estate valuation.
• Proven experience analyzing comps (as-is and ARV).
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and/or Spanish.
• Experience with real estate tools (Zillow, Redfin, Propstream, etc.) is a plus.
