The Role
We’re looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support U.S.-based real estate professionals with administrative, client, and sales tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly skilled in communication.
Responsibilities
Manage CRM updates, listings, and client databases.
Handle email, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Assist with lead generation, property research, and online marketing.
Provide responsive, professional client communication.
What We’re Looking For
Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
Prior VA or real estate support experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Tech-savvy with CRM tools and MS/Google Suite.
