Full Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively contacting potential clients, understanding their real estate needs, and setting appointments with our Managing Partner. This is a crucial role that serves as the first point of contact for our clients, so exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must. WARNINGS: NO TEMPORARY workers: Working schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm EST. NO working for another company at the same time. NO hiring subs to do what we hired you to do. We terminate immediately due to these violations. Kentucky Private Lending provides short term financing for the purchase and/or rehab of residential real estate. Core Values we expect team members to remember: Trust. Go Getter. Transparency.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate and manage contact lists from various sources, including online inquiries, social media, and cold calling.      
• Make outbound calls to leads to identify and qualify their real estate goals.        
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and determine their readiness and motivation.     
• Set up and confirm appointments with qualified leads.      
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.        
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and follow-up.      
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role, preferably within the real estate industry.   
• Strong communication and active listening skills.      
• Excellent phone etiquette and a persuasive, friendly demeanor.   
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.   
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.  
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
