Full Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our marketing team and help produce high-quality video content for our real estate brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in editing engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media, property tours, agent spotlights, client testimonials, and promotional campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

Edit videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Create property walkthroughs, highlight reels, and branded content.

Add music, graphics, text overlays, and effects to enhance storytelling.

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual style.

Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to meet content goals.

Work with tight deadlines and deliver revisions quickly.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required).

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar tools.

Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound editing.

Strong sense of visual storytelling and pacing.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.

Experience with real estate or marketing content is a plus.

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
