Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our Real Estate and Property Management needs. This part-time position requires availability Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include managing property listings, coordinating tenant communications, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Job Responsibilities

Admin Support:

- Transaction Coordination

- Paperwork

- Client Listing Report

- Schedule Appointments

- Phone Support

- CRM Maintenance (top producer/zoho)

- MLS Maintenance (Input Listings and Maintain Listings)

- Website Maintenance/Systems Administration

- Customer Support Services

- Appointment Fixing/Confirming


Job Requirements

Virtual assitant, 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
