We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our Acquisition team with various administrative and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our real estate business and ensuring high-quality client service.
Compensation will be salary plus commission TBD during interview.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule property viewings and client meetings
- Maintain and update property listings on various platforms
- Assist with social media management and marketing campaigns
- Prepare and edit documents, contracts, and presentations
- Conduct market research and prepare reports
- Coordinate communication between clients, agents, and vendors
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with real estate CRMs and listing platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of real estate procedures and terminology
