Full Job Description

We need a detail-driven operator to keep deals moving and the company compliant.

 This is execution. You own the file before it hits the market through closing.

What You’ll Do

Pre-Listing

  • Prepare listing paperwork, agreements, disclosures, compliance docs
  • Collect property details, upgrades, utility info, HOA data
  • Assist with property valuation, pull comps, organize pricing data
  • Build listing files, ensure all required docs are complete before going live

Active Listing + Contract to Close

  • Open and manage transaction files from contract to closing
  • Track deadlines, contingencies, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with title, lenders, clients, and agents
  • Schedule inspections, appraisals, and key milestones
  • Keep all parties updated so nothing stalls

Compliance + Systems

  • Ensure all documents are signed, complete, and stored properly
  • Maintain compliance with brokerage and state requirements
  • Upload, organize, and audit files in CRM and transaction systems
  • Keep checklists tight so nothing falls through the cracks

  • Maintain organized records for every file from start to finish

  • Takes ownership and follows through to completion
  • Problem solver, handles issues before they become problems
  • Available to work weekends when needed
  • Flexible schedule to handle time-sensitive tasks
