What we are looking for:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Content Editor Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating daily articles for three online news websites using ChatGPT. Your work will significantly contribute to our brand's presence and audience engagement across multiple platforms. This is a remote position offering the chance to manage a critical aspect of our content delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Generate daily articles based on a predefined calendar schedule and topics list.
• Utilize ChatGPT with a paid subscription to produce well-crafted articles.
• Upload and format all articles on WordPress, ensuring that they meet publication standards.
• Meticulously review all content for accuracy, language quality, and adherence to editorial guidelines.
• Daily review of articles already created to ensure they are well-written and properly set up.
• Manage and meet deadlines reliably, ensuring timely publication of all content.
The ideal candidate must have:
• Excellent English proficiency: Clear and effective communication is essential.
• Proficiency in WordPress and familiarity with ChatGPT, including maintaining a paid subscription.
• Attention to Detail: You should meticulously review all content to ensure high standards are met.
• Reliability: Must be dependable in meeting deadlines and managing tasks.
• Proactiveness: Anticipate needs and suggest improvements proactively.
Make sure you’re comfortable with:
• Remote working. This is a remote (work from home) position.
• Starting with a 90-day trial to ensure a good fit between both parties.
• Must be available during US business hours.
• Must have stable and reliable internet access.
• Open to receiving and acting on constructive criticism in a direct yet respectful manner.
• Prepared to handle high expectations and occasional high-pressure scenarios.
Salary & growth opportunities:
• The starting salary for our Content Editor Specialist will be $450 a month.
• You will receive guidance and support from our senior editorial team.
• Performance will be evaluated based on your ability to manage deadlines, maintain content quality, and adapt to feedback.
