Realtor Outreach Assistant

Full Job Description

We are hiring a remote appointment setter to contact realtors from our approved Chicago realtor list and book meetings for the Iconik Influencer Network. You are not responsible for closing sales. Your job is to contact agents, follow up, book meetings, confirm attendance, and keep accurate notes.

Pay is $5/hour, plus $10 for every approved realtor who shows up to a scheduled meeting, plus $15 for every realtor you booked who joins the Iconik Influencer Network. Top performers may receive quarterly bonuses based on appointment volume, joined agents, show rate, and CRM accuracy.

Job Duties:

2. Send your script by call, text, email, Instagram, LinkedIn, or whatever channels you approve.
3. Follow up until they book or decline.
4. Add notes to the CRM.
5. Book meetings on your calendar.
6. Confirm appointments before the call.
7. Track showed appointments and joined agents.

Job Requirements

Fluent English speaking and writing skills

Comfortable making outbound calls, sending emails, texts, and social media messages

Previous experience as an appointment setter, cold caller, VA, SDR, sales assistant, or outreach assistant preferred

Able to follow scripts and instructions exactly

Strong communication skills and a professional tone

Organized and detail-oriented

Able to update a CRM, Google Sheet, or tracking system daily

Reliable internet connection, quiet work environment, and working headset/microphone

Available during U.S. business hours, preferably Central Time

Comfortable contacting real estate agents and booking appointments

Able to handle rejection and continue following up consistently

Must be honest, dependable, and able to work independently
