The ideal candidate for the Records & Verification Supervisor role is a proactive and organized operational leader who supports the Records & Verification Manager in executing departmental goals. This individual acts as the right hand to the Manager, helping to oversee workflow, staff accountability, training, and performance tracking across both verification and records processing teams.The Records & Verification Supervisor bridges the gap between strategic oversight and daily operations—supporting Team Leads, facilitating communication across pods, and ensuring consistent adherence to firm processes and quality standards for medical records collection, verification, and demand preparation.💡Reports to: Records & Verification Manager🎯 Eligible for performance incentives.
Responsibilities
Support the Records & Verification Manager with daily operations, staffing, and workflow oversight.
Track key metrics and escalate bottlenecks or resourcing issues quickly.
Coach and support Team Leads, including troubleshooting case and records workflow issues.
Ensure quality and compliance through audits and adherence to SOPs and documentation standards.
Coordinate communication across verification and records pods to keep work moving.
Maintain dashboards and support documentation, policy updates, and cross-team coordination.
Experience in leadership and coaching roles. Legal experience handling records and documentation is a plus. Helping to oversee workflow, staff accountability, training, and performance tracking across both verification and records processing teams.
