## 🧲 Recruiting Execution
* Manage 15–25+ active requisitions in a high-volume MSP environment
* Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates **same-day**
* Deliver **3–5+ quality submissions per day**
* Maintain strong candidate pipelines across key skillsets

* Submit first candidates within **2–4 hours of requisition release**
* Maintain consistent turnaround times in a **high-pressure environment**
