Marketing Manager / Marketing Assistant - remote

Full Job Description

The RoleThis role sits between strategy and execution.You will act as the operational backbone of the agency, ensuring marketing projects, influencer campaigns, and partnerships move forward cleanly and consistently.

I am looking for two roles here a junior and a senior and I’m open to splitting the influencer and digital marketing manager role but ideally all in one person.

10-20 hours for the above compensation packages.

The role combines:

Marketing operations

Influencer / affiliate / partnership coordination

High-context right-hand support

Key Responsibilities

Manage influencer, affiliate, and partnership pipelines

Handle email communication, follow-ups, and agreement coordination

Translate strategy calls and conversations into clear tasks and plans

Coordinate marketing projects across funnels, email, websites, content, and paid campaigns

Work inside ChatGPT and AI tools to support documentation, copy workflows, and research

Keep timelines, deliverables, and moving parts organised across multiple clients

You are not responsible for strategy or final copy decisions, but you must understand marketing systems well enough to manage them.What Success Looks Like

Influencer and partnership workflows run smoothly

Projects move forward without constant chasing

Founder time stays focused on strategy and relationships

Clear visibility across all marketing activity

Ideal Background

Experience in a marketing agency or similar environment

Strong written and spoken English

Comfortable managing multiple projects and email-heavy workflows

Familiar with influencer, affiliate, or partnership campaigns

Technically comfortable with tools, CRMs, and AI platforms

Genuinely interested in wellness and wellbeing

A junior VA role

A pure project manager role

A strategist or copy lead

This is:

A marketing operations role with strong influencer / partnership focus

A hybrid of operational management and high-context support

A role requiring judgement, organisation, and autonomy
