Remote Accountant

Full Job Description

NorthStar Moving Company is looking for a talented full time accountant to join our remote accounting team. We want a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can communicate clearly in English. The ideal candidate brings strong QuickBooks and Excel skills, but also the ability to analyze data, improve processes, and contribute ideas.This is a chance to grow your career with a trusted U.S. brand while working from home. Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Work extensively with QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and reporting
• Support payroll processing
• Assist in preparing financial reports and data analysis
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be Based in Venezuela
• Strong communicator - Speak & Write English fluently & clearly
• Available full-time during U.S. Pacific Time hours
• QuickBooks experience is required
• Excel skills (intermediate/advanced )
• Detail-oriented and Proactive
• Eager to learn and grow within a U.S. accounting team
