Location: Remote (Supporting our 2 high-volume dealership locations in New Hampshire, USA)

Job Type: Full-Time (40-50 hours per week & includes one weekend day per week: Saturday or Sunday)

Compensation: $8.00 USD/hour base rate + Uncapped Commissions & Performance Bonuses (High earning potential; top performers drive the majority of their income through commissions!)

• Expected monthly compensation $1,500-$2,500+ US Dollars based on performance

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency: Absolute fluency in English (written and spoken), plus professional proficiency in either Spanish or Portuguese.
• Availability: Ability to work a full-time schedule (40-50 hours per week), which must include one weekend day per week (either Saturday or Sunday).
• Mindset: A competitive spirit and the ability to maintain high energy and positivity under pressure.
• Tech Setup: A quiet home office space, a reliable high-speed internet connection, a dependable computer, and backup electricity in case of power outages (preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience in phone sales, call centers, or automotive BDC is a major plus, but a proven track record of hitting targets in any sales environment is accepted.

Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Lead Management: Respond rapidly to inbound internet leads, texts, and emails from prospective car buyers.
• Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume outbound phone campaigns to follow up with unsold traffic, internet leads, and past customers.
• Appointment Setting: Overcome objections, build instant rapport, and schedule firm appointments for our New Hampshire showroom teams.
• CRM Precision: Meticulously track and update customer records in our CRM to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
• Culture Contribution: Bring a positive, competitive energy to the virtual floor every single day, participating in team challenges and pushing your peers to succeed.
