Mission

The mission of the Remote Bilingual Paralegal is to provide high-velocity, high-accuracy legal support that ensures Hispanic immigrant families secure their future in the U.S. This role exists to drive the firm’s operational efficiency—by transforming raw client data into flawless legal filings and maintaining a consistent output of at least 3 completed cases per week. Success in this role creates the capacity for our attorneys to focus on growth and ensures every client receives a "Ready to File" experience.

The Remote Paralegal is the engine of Tingen Law’s production. By maintaining a steady pace of 12+ cases per month, you directly impact the firm’s ability to scale while maintaining our reputation for excellence. Your diligence ensures that no family is left waiting and no legal deadline is ever missed, providing the reliable infrastructure necessary to grow Tingen Law into a national leader in immigration.

Job Responsibilities

Outcomes Required for Success

1. Case Velocity: Consistently own and complete a weekly caseload of at least 3 high-quality case files from start to finish (Intake to Ready-to-File).
2. Zero-Defect Documentation: Prepare immigration forms and supporting evidence with such precision that attorney revision rates remain below 5%.
3. Reliable Communication: Manage all client interactions in both English and Spanish with professional authority, ensuring no status update or inquiry goes unanswered for more than 24 business hours.
4. Operational Consistency: Maintain a 100% "no-excuses" uptime by utilizing required power and internet redundancies to meet every filing deadline.
5. Data Integrity: Keep the case management system and internal checklists fully updated in real-time, ensuring records and reporting are always reliable.

Compensation

Base Salary: Starting at $1,000 – $1,200 USD per month, depending on experience.

Health Stipend: An additional $500 health stipend is awarded upon the successful completion of your 3rd month with the firm.

Stability: This is a long-term, full-time remote position within a growing U.S.-based law firm.
