Appointment Setting (3x open)

Standards

• At LEAST 8 hours a day open for calling on your calendar
• Please mark when you’d like to start and end every weekday. 
• Attend all meetings & trainings unless you let us know 24 hrs in advance
• If you have open time on your calendar, you MUST be following up with old leads & working your list
• If a lead no shows it is YOUR responsibility as a setter to do everything you can to get this lead back on the calendar
• You must be committed to growing inside of this company & growing as an individual
• Study at least 30 minutes of Sales material a day. Books, Audible, Podcast etc

KPIs: Setters

• If you are full-time, we expect an average of 75 lead contacts per day. This means 75 people were contacted with SMS or by a phone call. 350 Lead Contacts a week. 50 Calls a day including weekends. 
• For full-time setters, we expect an average of 5 meetings set per day. These leads are hot, so booking 20 per day is not outside the realm of possibilities (most someone has done in one day is 25)
• It is imperative that the EOD (Setters) Typeform is filled out daily. Commissions will not be paid out until the week is fully reported on. 

How You’re Paid

We want you to make as much money as humanly possible inside of this position. We will give you enough leads & training to make every bit of $3,000 per month once you are ramped. The commission structure is very simple: 

Setter:

Setters get $500 base and 2% of any deals closed from the calls they book with the Closers. A discovery call and booked call must take place to receive credit. 

The incentive here is to book quality meetings with prospects who have a need, have money, and are ready to make a decision. All meetings are not created equal, so your best interest is to set your BC up for success every day. We’d prefer you miss KPIs but have 100% quality meetings set than hit your KPIs with garbage leads.
