Who We’re Looking For

We’re on the lookout for a warm, motivated, and experienced Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to join our small but mighty remote team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice that represents a variety of companies in our growing portfolio—starting conversations, sparking interest, and helping us reach new people in meaningful ways.

If you love connecting with others, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and take pride in getting results, this could be a perfect match. This is a part-time, fully remote position ideal for someone based in Latin America with a passion for sales and strong communication skills in English.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients across different industries in the U.S.
  • Follow scripts and sales workflows—while adding your own human touch
  • Qualify leads, set up appointments, and keep everything updated in the CRM
  • Handle objections with empathy and stay focused on building trust
  • Work closely with our internal team to ensure a smooth handoff to sales
  • Track your results and help us improve along the way
  • Use tools like VPNs, VoIP, or virtual numbers to call from Latin America using a U.S. number (or be familiar with the best options)

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or phone-based outreach
  • Excellent English—you’re confident, clear, and natural (spoken and written)
  • A people-first mindset: kind, warm, and persuasive in conversations
  • A go-getter attitude—independent, fast learner, and results-oriented
  • Experience using CRMs and call management tools
  • Familiarity with tools that allow U.S.-based calls from Latin America
  • Bonus: experience in healthcare or understanding clinical language (not required!)
