Remote Content Creator & Lead Generation Specialist

Full Job Description

We are hiring a remote marketing professional with proven success creating Meta ads, optimizing Google Business Profiles, and managing leads in CRM systems. Roofing or home services experience is preferred. Compensation includes base pay plus performance incentives tied to qualified leads and booked revenue.

Compensation up to $250 weekly

Job Responsibilities

• Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation ads 

• Optimize Google Business Profiles for visibility and lead growth 

• Manage and track leads through CRM systems (HubSpot) 

• Create marketing content and ad creatives 

• Monitor campaign performance and improve results 

• Coordinate with sales teams to maximize conversions 

‎• Remote content creation support using provided photos/videos/assets

‎• Organize, review, and sort existing content for marketing use

‎• Create simple but creative outlines for content shoots and video ideas

‎• Edit and post social media content consistently

‎• Help plan and schedule social media posts

‎• Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) creating campaigns and managing a budget

‎• Understanding of Google Services Ads (LSA)

‎• Basic understanding of Google Ads best practices

‎• Research competitors and identify marketing opportunities/trends

‎• Understand best practices for ranking well in AI-driven search and local visibility

‎• Monitor and help improve Google Business Profiles

‎• Keep up with customer reviews and reputation management

‎• Identify issues with listings, profiles, or online presence and proactively suggest fixes

Job Requirements

•Experience running Meta ads and lead generation campaigns 

• Knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization 

• CRM and lead management experience

 • Strong communication and organizational skills

 • Ability to work independently in a remote role 

• Roofing or home-services experience preferred

‎•Experience with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro

‎•Experience with CCanvaand/or Photoshop

‎• Ability to be creative while staying on brand

‎• Solution-oriented mindset with strong initiative

‎• Comfortable troubleshooting problems instead of waiting for direction

‎• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities remotely

‎• Organized and detail-oriented

‎ • Background in growing social media accounts and increasing engagement and a portfolio or list of previous clients you worked with to do this.

‎ • Experience in home services, roofing, construction, deck work or any local service businesses
