Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Respond professionally and enthusiastically to customer calls, emails, and inquiries.

- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Explain MaidBrite's cleaning services, pricing, and service options accurately.

- Identify sales opportunities, recommend appropriate services, and help convert inquiries into customers.

- Follow up with prospective customers and assist with customer retention.

- Handle scheduling inquiries, customer requests, complaints, and service concerns with empathy and professionalism.

- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation in company systems.

- Collaborate with operations and other team members to deliver an excellent customer experience.

- Participate actively in training and develop a thorough understanding of MaidBrite's services.

- Meet established expectations for customer service, sales, responsiveness, attendance, and work quality.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

- At least two years of relevant customer service or sales experience.

- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and naturally with customers.

- Spanish fluency for this bilingual position.

- Strong interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.

- Confidence handling customer conversations and service-related sales.

- Comfortable using CRM software, email, phone systems, scheduling tools, and time-tracking applications.

- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through on commitments.

- Consistent professional attendance, punctuality, and reliability.

Remote Work Requirements

Candidates must have:

- A reliable, high-speed internet connection.

- A quiet, private, professional workspace suitable for customer calls.

- Appropriate computer and audio equipment for daily remote work.

Commitment and Availability

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week opportunity for someone seeking long-term stability.

We are looking for a professional who can make MaidBrite their primary work commitment.

This is not intended as a temporary position or a side job. Team members are expected to dedicate their scheduled working hours exclusively to MaidBrite responsibilities and may not simultaneously perform work for another employer or client during those hours.

Dependability, professional communication, and consistent attendance are essential to success in this position.
