You’ll be the key link between our customers, dispatch, and operations to make sure every move ends positively.Daily responsibilities include:
Communicating with customers during and after their move to ensure satisfaction
Quickly and professionally resolving issues or service concerns
Following up after completed jobs to encourage feedback and 5-star reviews
Monitoring and responding to online reviews and messages
Maintaining and improving our online reputation across platforms
Coordinating with operations, dispatch, and management on service recovery or follow-ups
Tracking customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement
Maintaining accurate customer notes in our CRM system

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Empathetic, patient, and solution-driven attitude
Strong organization and attention to detail
Calm and professional under pressure
Prior experience in customer service or reputation management (moving or logistics a plus)
Comfortable working with CRMs and online review platforms
Availability 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST, with occasional extended hours
Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
