Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will primarily handle two critical tasks: Sales Order Confirmations and Part Inquiry Quote Requests. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the growth of our business.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts, availability, and pricing.
• Create and deliver accurate quotes for part inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service through email and phone communication.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Document and update customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement to enhance customer experience.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Automotive parts knowledge or industry experience is a plus.
