With an experienced team, well-established processes, and a supportive training program, we take pride in delivering excellent service every step of the way.We’re growing — and we’re looking for an organized, bilingual, and tech-savvy Remote Dispatcher / Operations Support Manager to join our operations team and keep our moves running smoothly!💼 What You’ll DoYou’ll be the remote control center that keeps our field and office teams in sync.

Your day will include:

Monitoring moves in progress and ensuring on-time completion

Coordinating schedules, updating dispatch systems, and supporting field crews

Communicating with customers and drivers to ensure quality and accuracy

Collecting all required military move paperwork and verifying documents

Tracking payments and ensuring all balances are collected

Running daily and weekly performance reports for management

Assisting with recruiting campaigns, onboarding, and team scheduling

Supporting and guiding the customer service team to deliver top-tier communication

Working closely with our local dispatcher to improve efficiency and workflow

🌟 What We’re Looking For

Fluent in English & Spanish (required)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Prior experience using a CRM or dispatch system (we’ll train you on ours)

Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

Highly organized with a positive, professional attitude

Comfortable working independently and remotely

Availability 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST, with occasional extended hours for on-call support

Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
