About the Role
We are a growing construction company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with follow-ups, lead tracking, and day-to-day operations. This role is essential to keeping our team organized, responsive, and consistent with client communication. You will work closely with our team to ensure every lead and client is properly managed and followed up with.
Schedule
• Tuesday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily follow-ups via text, email, and phone
• Track and update leads within our CRM system
• Maintain accurate notes and lead statuses
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders
• Re-engage older or inactive leads
• Assist with general administrative tasks (data entry, organization, etc.)
• Identify and flag high-interest (“hot”) leads for the team
• Manage inbound inquiries and ensure timely responses
Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Clear and professional speaking voice
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using CRM systems (or able to learn quickly)
• Reliable and consistent with daily responsibilities
• Ability to follow structured processes and instructions
• Proactive, responsive, and accountable
Preferred Experience
• Experience in customer service, administrative support, or sales support
• Experience in construction or home services (a plus)
