Remote Healthcare Sourcing Specialist (3-Month Zoho & Pipeline Setup)

Full Job Description

We are a small healthcare private practice occupational therapy clinic facing a supply shortage of clinical talent and grow our clinic TBABC. To unlock our business growth, we are looking for a proactive remote Sourcing Specialist based in Latin America for an initial 3 month project. 

Your mission is to build an automated, high-yield candidate pipeline machine that drives Occupational Therapist (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) candidates (including students) to apply directly to our business.You will build the sourcing engine and configure the pipeline architecture inside our Zoho environment. Once the 3 month setup is complete, there is strong potential to transition this into a long-term, low-hour maintenance role to keep our talent pool active as we grow.

Job Responsibilities

• Multichannel Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage qualified OT and COTA candidates using digital sourcing tools, social media networks (LinkedIn and Facebook healthcare groups), and public directories.
• Registry Sourcing & Cross-Referencing: Utilize the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (PLA) public directory to pull target lists of local licensed professionals and verify applicant credentials.
• University & Student Outreach: Build relationships with regional Indiana university programs and clinical education coordinators to capture upcoming graduating classes.
• Zoho Pipeline Setup: Configure and structure the candidate intake tracking system within our Zoho platform so all inbound applicants flow seamlessly into one place for the owner to handle.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, or Recruiting.Zoho Competency: Hands-on experience setting up or managing pipelines/databases within Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, etc.).
• Sourcing Pro: Exceptional skills in hunting passive talent, utilizing public registries, and executing social media outreach campaigns.
• Communication: Fluent, professional English written and verbal communication skills.
