Winavox is looking for enthusiastic and driven Spanish Bilingual Remote Inbound Sales Representatives to join our team. In this remote role, you will be handling inbound calls from both English and Spanish-speaking customers, promoting and selling our products or services, and building strong customer relationships. This position offers a competitive base pay of $5.50 per hour plus commission, with earning potential based on your performance.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales calls from both English and Spanish-speaking customers.
• Promote and explain products or services to meet customer needs.
• Close sales and achieve individual and team targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries in both languages.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate remotely with team members to improve sales performance.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluency in both languages is required).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center operations is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and close sales professionally.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
