Due to our growing client base, primarily Spanish speakers, and the increasing volume of calls and client interactions, we're looking for a Remote Intake Specialist to join our team and help us uphold our commitment to exceptional service.

Role Purpose:

The Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in our firm, embodying our first point of contact for clients and supporting our legal team in delivering top-notch legal services. This role is pivotal in ensuring no call goes unanswered and that every client interaction is a positive step towards securing their trust and business.

Job Responsibilities

• Client First Contact: Be the welcoming voice of our firm. You'll answer incoming calls, ensuring clients feel valued and supported from their very first interaction with us. Professionalism in appearance for Google Meet appointments and telephonic communication is essential.
• Client Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as billing setup, taking payments, and managing follow-up queries, allowing our legal team to concentrate on their casework.
• Intake & Sales: Over time, you'll grow into managing the intake process, from initial contact through lead qualification and closing, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.
• Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail (in-office) and support the legal team with other administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish; Advanced English skills are a must to effectively communicate with courts, government entities, and our diverse clientele.
• Professionalism: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a professional demeanor for virtual client meetings.
• Adaptability: Ready to handle a wide range of administrative tasks and grow into new responsibilities.
• Technical Savvy: Comfortable with technology to manage virtual meetings, client databases, and administrative software
