The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. You’ll manage 5–8 important client relationships and play a key role in translating client goals into internal action.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client communication, drives clarity within teams, and ensures consistent progress on deliverables. You'll report directly to the Project Manager while leading team execution and enhancing client outcomes. It’s a collaborative and fast-paced position, well-suited for a high-performer ready to grow with our agency.

  • Salary range: $800 – $1,200 USD/month (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 5–8 key client accounts as the main point of contact
  • Serve as the strategic liaison between clients and the internal Delivery Team
  • Lead internal execution and task coordination across departments (automation, CRM, content, design, etc.)
  • Proactively communicate with clients to set expectations and ensure project progress
  • Improve client satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates through strong relationship management
  • Ensure accountability and alignment across projects using ClickUp or similar tools
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to support smooth delivery operations
  • Identify risks or roadblocks and take initiative to resolve them before they impact delivery


Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3–5 years of account or project management experience in a client-facing role (Remote agency experience is a plus)
  • Expert-level English (written & verbal) — must confidently lead professional client communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Experience with ClickUp (or similar project management tools)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel is a strong plus)
  • Comfortable working with automation tools like Zapier
  • Experience in process design and implementation is a strong plus
  • Highly accountable, solution-oriented, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
