About The Role
Bear Brothers Cleaning is one of Alabama’s fastest-growing home cleaning companies, and we’re expanding into a new city.
Compensation (Clear & Performance-Driven)
Starting Base Pay: $6.00/hour (full-time)
Hourly Raises Based on MRR
Your hourly pay increases $0.25 every time the location grows by $2,500 in MRR.
Commissions & Bonuses
$2 per deep / move-out clean
$3 per successful recurring clean
$1 bonus for each 5-star review
$10 when a cleaner you hired completes 5 cleans
$100 when we break our monthly recurring revenue record (+$1000 beyond previous record)
5% of gross profit on specialty cleans (large commercial, post-construction,etc.)

Respond to inbound leads (calls, texts, web requests)
Explain services, give quotes, and close bookings
Scheduling & Daily Ops
Assign cleaners to jobs
Confirm attendance
Handle real-time operational issues
Customer Management
Keep customers informed and satisfied
Protect and grow recurring customers
Recruiting & Capacity Building
Recruit, interview, and onboard cleaners as demand grows
Requirements:
Scheduling/operations experience
Customer service experience
Strong English (spoken + written)
Fast communicator, proactive, organized
Reliable internet + quiet workspace
