I'm an Account Executive looking for a sharp, reliable full-time virtual assistant to support my outbound sales operation targeting manufacturing and enterprise accounts. Your focus will be drafting outreach and building prospect lists — you won't be doing any selling, calling, or closing. I handle all the sales conversations; you handle the research and writing that fuels them. Strong English and good judgment are essential since you'll be drafting messages that go out under my name. This is a fully remote, long-term role with active training and room to grow.

Required skills (day one):

• High English proficiency in reading and writing — you must be able to comfortably read about manufacturing enterprises and B2B operations and write clear, professional outreach
• AI prompting experience (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
• LinkedIn fluency (you'll be operating from my account)
• Strong Google Search skills
• Gmail proficiency

I'll train you on: Salesforce, Google Meets, ZoomInfo, Claude AI, Manus AI, and Apollo.

Technical requirements:

• Reliable high-speed internet (non-negotiable): minimum 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload. Wired Ethernet strongly preferred over WiFi.
• Computer capable of running remote desktop software smoothly while operating your own browser and applications:
  • Mac: MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac mini, or iMac from 2020 or newer with M1, M2, M3, or M4 chip, OR
  • Windows PC: Intel Core i5 (10th gen or newer), i7, or AMD Ryzen 5/7 (3000 series or newer), running Windows 10 or 11
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM (16 GB preferred), SSD storage required (no mechanical hard drives)
  • Not accepted: Chromebooks, tablets/iPads as primary device, or anything with less than 8 GB RAM

• Draft personalized LinkedIn outreach messages and follow-ups for my review
• Draft cold and follow-up emails for my review
• Build prospect lists of target accounts and decision-makers using Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn
• Research manufacturing and enterprise companies to identify new potential clients worth targeting
• Read company materials (10-Ks, news, press releases, industry reports) and pull insights to personalize outreach
• Enrich prospect data with accurate contact info, role context, and company details
• Use AI tools (Claude, Manus) to accelerate research, drafting, and list-building
• Log prospects and outreach activity in Salesforce

Bare Minimum Requirements

Language:

• Conversational and written English at a level where they can read a manufacturing company's website and summarize it accurately

Skills:

• Has used LinkedIn actively (even just a personal account)
• Has used Gmail
• Has used at least one AI chatbot (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for real tasks
• Can use Google Search beyond basic queries

Hardware:

• 8 GB RAM
• SSD storage (not a mechanical hard drive)
• Mac with M1 chip (2020 or newer) OR Windows PC with Intel i5 8th gen+ / Ryzen 5 2000 series+
• Windows 10/11 or macOS from the last 4 years

Internet:

• 15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload minimum
• Backup plan for outages (mobile hotspot, nearby coworking space, etc.)

Workspace:

• Quiet enough to take a call if needed
• Stable power (or backup such as a UPS in regions with frequent outages)

Reliability:

• Can commit to consistent hours with at least 4 hours of overlap with US business hours
• Has a track record — at least one prior remote role or freelance client as a reference
