We are a growing personal injury law firm dedicated to helping accident victims get the justice they deserve. Our firm generates leads through targeted social media ads (e.g., "In a car accident?") and needs a skilled Intake Specialist to handle outreach calls, pre-screen potential clients, and pass qualified leads to our attorneys.The RoleWe’re looking for a Call Center Intake Specialist to engage with potential clients who have expressed interest in our services. Your role will be to make outbound calls, gather basic case details, show empathy, and determine whether the lead qualifies for a free consultation with our legal team.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to individuals who have responded to our social media ads and assess their legal needs.
  • Pre-screen potential clients by asking key intake questions to determine if they qualify for legal representation.
  • Provide a friendly and empathetic experience, as many callers may be in distress.
  • Accurately record case details in our system and flag leads worth passing to attorneys.
  • Maintain a high volume of calls while ensuring quality and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent English & Spanish proficiency with strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Call center or customer service experience, preferably in a BPO, healthcare, or legal setting.
  • Ability to learn quickly, as training will be provided on the legal intake process.
  • Empathetic and professional demeanor to handle sensitive conversations with warmth and composure.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of handling multiple calls per hour.
  • Reliable Internet Connection with a Static IP Address – Candidates must be able to obtain a static IP address through their ISP for cybersecurity purposes. This requires reaching out to their ISP to learn qualifications, confirming availability, and maintaining clear communication with us throughout the process.
