📋 Key Responsibilities
🎯 Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 1+ years of experience in construction (plumbing or MEP preferred)
Understanding of:
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
Experience with Excel / Google Sheets (intermediate to advanced)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
⭐ Preferred Qualifications (Highly Valued)
Experience in plumbing or MEP systems
Experience with takeoff software
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
💻 Work Requirements
Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
Stable internet connection
Ability to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (Florida) working hours
