The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee client engagements from a delivery and operations perspective. This role is critical to our structure and will involve managing Account Managers, ensuring smooth communication across teams, and keeping projects on track.

You will be responsible for high-level oversight of deliverables, timelines, and client satisfaction. Your ability to manage systems, prioritize tasks, and lead with clarity will directly impact our quality of service and client outcomes. This is a senior-level role with clear expectations and high standards.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Account Managers, ensuring they are aligned with client goals and company standards.
• Maintain direct oversight of project timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the strategic liaison between clients, Account Managers, and our internal Delivery Team.
• Monitor progress across multiple projects and step in to address risks, roadblocks, or breakdowns in process.
• Utilize ClickUp or similar project management software to maintain structure, visibility, and accountability.
• Work with internal teams delivering services including content creation, admin support, CRM setup, automation, website updates, and design.
• Participate in the ongoing development and refinement of operational systems and procedures.
• Monitor task accuracy, follow-up timelines, and documentation standards across client accounts.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within a remote or digital agency environment.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple client-facing projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and operational management skills with a high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) and able to lead meetings and communications professionally.
• Must have hands-on experience with project management tools, preferably ClickUp.
• Familiarity with CRM systems—especially GoHighLevel—is a strong plus.
• Understanding of automation tools like Zapier and the ability to manage projects involving them.
• Highly accountable, solution-oriented, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
