Remote Property Evaluator/Underwriter

Full Job Description

We are a real estate investment company specializing in wholesale deals and property flips. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Property Evaluator/Underwriter to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for analyzing properties, evaluating "as-is" market values, and identifying potential after-repair values (ARV).

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate residential properties to determine their current "as-is" market value.
• Research and provide after-repair comparable properties (ARV) to help estimate potential investment returns.
• Work closely with the acquisition team to assess property details and assist in determining the viability of investment deals.
• Identify market trends, neighborhood characteristics, and potential renovation costs to refine property valuations.
• Assist in reviewing financial data and underwriting reports for properties.
• Use online tools and resources to research property comps (as-is and ARV).
• Communicate clearly with team members, providing insights and recommendations for each property evaluated.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of real estate markets and property valuations.
• Experience with analyzing property comps (as-is and ARV).
• Excellent research skills and ability to gather accurate market data.
• Comfortable with remote work and time zone flexibility.
• Proficient in English and/or Spanish.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with real estate software/tools is a plus.
