We are looking for a dynamic Remote Recruiter to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent, especially for the real estate and tech industries, while also managing communities and engaging with potential candidates via social media.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Posting & Candidate Sourcing: Create and manage engaging job postings across multiple platforms. Actively source candidates via job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Application Management: Screen resumes, follow up with applicants, and coordinate interview processes.
  • Talent Attraction & Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates. Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent for diverse positions.
  • Community & Social Media Management: Manage online communities and groups, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and others to engage with potential candidates and promote job openings.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, ensuring the selection of candidates aligns with their requirements.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates using various screening tools and techniques, ensuring they are a good fit in terms of skills and culture.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires, providing support to clients and ensuring smooth transitions for candidates.


Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
  • Location: Must be based in Latin America and able to work U.S. time zones.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for US/Canada companies.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing strategies to create compelling job ads and manage talent attraction campaigns.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong service attitude and ability to build rapport with candidates.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Experience managing social media platforms and communities to attract and engage with potential candidates.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to wear many hats, adapt to evolving business needs, and contribute to various aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media tools, and remote collaboration platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple roles, quickly adapt to client needs, and think creatively to solve recruitment challenges.
