We are seeking a driven and resourceful Sales Representative to join our team. A significant portion of this role involves researching potential clients, conducting cold calls, and building strong relationships with businesses across Canada. Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Client Research and Outreach:

  • Identify and research potential clients across Canada to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Utilize tools and databases to gather key insights about prospective businesses.
  • Conduct cold calls and send personalized emails to introduce Solara's services.

Relationship Building:

  • Build meaningful connections with potential clients, fostering trust and credibility.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges.

Sales Execution:

  • Present creative, data-driven marketing solutions to prospective clients.
  • Close sales by effectively communicating the value of Solara's services.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring sustained growth.
  • Create cold call and email scripts.

Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain detailed records of leads, calls, and interactions in CRM tools.
  • Track progress and provide updates on the sales funnel.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and improve lead quality.
  • Share feedback to enhance service offerings and outreach methods.

Professional Development:

  • Continuously refine cold calling and research techniques to improve efficiency and success rates.


Job Requirements

Location: Remote (South America preferred)

Salary: $900 USD/month

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (with flexibility depending on workload and meetings)

About the Role

We’re looking for a self-motivated, reliable, and confident Sales & Outreach Specialist to join our growing team at Solara Marketing Solutions. In this role, you'll help us connect with Canadian businesses and introduce them to our digital marketing services. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline, cold outreach, and closing new clients — all while working closely with our remote marketing team.
