You’ll work with high-quality, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling) and connect interested homeowners with our solar experts. This is a base + commission position with real earning potential — our average team members earn $12–$18 USD per hour working remotely.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Call and engage warm, pre-qualified leads interested in solar energy.

• Qualify homeowners using set criteria and schedule appointments for solar consultations.

• Transfer interested prospects live to sales closers when appropriate.

• Build rapport, answer basic questions, and provide a friendly first impression of Solar Connect.

• Maintain accurate notes and lead statuses in our CRM.

• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly appointment goals.

• Represent Solar Connect professionally and positively on every call.

💰 Compensation

• Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses

• Average reps earn $12–$18 USD per hour (combined base + commission).

• Weekly payouts with performance-based bonuses.

🔥 What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English (Required) — excellent phone communication skills.

• Friendly, confident, and energetic speaking voice.

• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales preferred (solar experience a plus).

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

• Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection.

• Ability to work U.S. hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time Zones).

Job Requirements

• Friendly, confident, and professional phone voice.

• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales preferred (solar experience is a plus).

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.

• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

• Available to work during U.S. time zones (Pacific, Central, or Eastern).
