TrueScaler is hiring a Remote Systems Integrator & Automation Specialist to support our consulting clients across multiple industries. You'll be the technical backbone behind our client delivery — building, connecting, and optimizing the systems that make businesses run.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves solving problems with technology, can jump between platforms with ease, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment. You'll work directly with our team to design and implement workflows, automations, and integrations that help founders scale from $1M–$3M to $5M–$10M+.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automations and integrations across Zapier, Make, Monday.com, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Notion, Plecto, and other platforms as needed
• Design multi-step workflows that connect CRMs, project management tools, dashboards, and communication platforms for consulting clients
• Configure and customize Monday.com boards, HubSpot pipelines, GHL funnels, and Notion workspaces based on client requirements
• Manage client implementation projects from scoping through delivery, including timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems and automations when issues arise
• Document all builds, SOPs, and system architectures so they are easy to maintain and hand off
• Participate in client calls to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide progress updates
• Stay current on platform updates, new tools, and integration best practices
• Support multiple concurrent client projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building automations and system integrations for businesses or clients
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in at least 3 of the following: Zapier, Make (Integromat), Monday.com, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Notion, Plecto
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and data mapping between platforms
• Proven experience managing client-facing projects — not just internal builds
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or similar
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) — you'll communicate directly with US-based clients and team members
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly and independently with minimal hand-holding
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working asynchronously with a US-based team
• Based in South America with reliable internet and availability to overlap with US Eastern Time business hours
• Bonus: Experience with Plecto dashboards, GHL automations, or data migration projects
