About the Opportunity
Pathfinder Talent Solutions is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and grow our recruiting engine. This is a full-cycle recruiting role with a strong emphasis on outside recruiting—proactive outbound sourcing, relationship-building with passive talent, and community-driven pipeline development.
Work Schedule & Logistics
• Remote (Offshore or U.S.-based)
• Full-time role (40 hrs/week) with CST availability required
• Compensation: $1,600–$2,000/month (based on experience)

Role Summary
This role has two core pillars:
Pillar 1: Outside Recruiting & Proactive Pipeline Building
Pillar 2: Candidate Relationship Management & Brand Championing
You’ll work closely with the Pathfinder Talent Solutions leadership team and Sales to keep the talent pipeline full, warm, and client-ready at all times.
Pillar 1: Outside Recruiting & Proactive Pipeline Building
• Go beyond job boards—proactively source and engage passive candidates through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, cold calls), niche communities, university networks, and regional platforms, so that there is always a warm bench when a role opens.
• Design and execute multi-touch outreach campaigns personalized to candidate background and region.
• Build and maintain referral programs, talent communities, and strategic sourcing partnerships that keep the pipeline fresh and diverse.
• Leveraging AI software for recruiting.
Pillar 2: Candidate Relationship Management & Brand Championing
• Own and Elevate the Talent Pool: Maintain data-rich candidate profiles—complete with readiness scores, communication preferences, and skill benchmarks—to enable fast, high-fit placements.
• Nurture Relationships That Last: Treat every interaction as a chance to create a raving fan—someone who refers others, speaks highly of Pathfinder Talent Solutions, and stays engaged for the long haul.
• Track placement outcomes and candidate performance to identify patterns of success, then use those insights to refine what “best-fit” means for each client type, role, and team environment.
• Champion Pathfinder Talent Solutions’ brand across sourcing platforms, social media, and candidate touchpoints—creating spotlight posts, success stories, referral drives, and newsletters that turn passive interest into active talent demand.
You’re a Strong Fit If You…
• You know how to find and engage great talent through proactive outreach, referrals, community-building, and relationship-driven sourcing, not just job board responses.
• Have executed multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, phone) with measurable results in response rate, pipeline volume, or time-to-fill.
• Communicate with clarity and warmth in written and spoken English—you craft compelling narratives that make candidates and clients feel seen and understood.
• Think like a marketer: you bring ideas for spotlight posts, referral campaigns, or sourcing angles that spark interest and drive momentum.
• Are highly organized and adaptable, managing multiple pipelines, conversations, and deadlines simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
• Have a growth mindset and resourcefulness—you take feedback well, learn fast, and thrive in environments where there’s no playbook yet.
