Full Job Description
We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized Research & Policy Assistant to support ongoing work in reproductive health, fertility research, and health policy.
This is a 10–20 hour/week remote role for someone who can take a research question, investigate it independently, identify credible sources, and turn what they find into clear, concise, useful information.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct research on fertility, reproductive health, healthcare, and public policy
- Find and evaluate academic studies, government reports, legislation, statistics, and other credible sources
- Summarize complex research into clear briefs and key takeaways
- Fact-check claims, statistics, and citations
- Compare findings across multiple sources
- Organize research, documents, notes, citations, deadlines, and ongoing projects
- Prepare background materials for meetings and presentations
- Track open questions and follow-ups
- Help keep multiple research and policy projects moving
What We’re Looking For
- C2 / near-native English proficiency required
- Excellent written English
- Strong research and critical-thinking skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal direction
- Comfortable reading academic and technical material
- Excellent at turning complicated information into simple, clear summaries
- Reliable, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple assignments
Background in public health, medicine, biology, health policy, public policy, epidemiology, or academic research is strongly preferred.
Remote | 10–20 hours/week
