About Astral Freight Services

Astral Freight Services is a growing freight forwarding and third-party logistics (3PL) company that moves cargo across borders and delivers end-to-end supply chain solutions. We operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where precision, accountability, and speed are everything. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst who can own our financial operations from shipment to settlement.

The Role

This is not a sit-back-and-wait kind of job. You will be the financial nerve center of our operations. From the moment a shipment is booked to the moment we collect payment, you will audit, track, bill, and forecast every dollar that flows through our business. You will be the person who ensures no cost goes unaccounted for, no invoice is missed, and no receivable goes stale.

If you are someone who takes pride in catching what others miss, who thrives under pressure, and who treats every discrepancy like a puzzle to solve, this role was designed for you.

Who You Are

  • You are meticulous and take personal pride in accuracy; mistakes are not in your vocabulary
  • You are proactive and do not wait to be told what to do; you find problems before they find you
  • You are highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets in Excel
  • You are a great communicator who can collaborate with operations, vendors, and customers with ease
  • You are resilient and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment
  • You are organized to the point where others might call it obsessive, and you take that as a compliment

What We Offer

  • A high-impact role where your work directly protects and grows the company’s revenue
  • Full-time remote position with schedule aligned to U.S. business hours
  • Direct access to leadership; your insights and recommendations will be heard
  • A lean, fast-moving team where your contributions are visible and valued
  • Opportunity for growth as the company scales

How to Apply

If this role speaks to you, apply below. Shortlisted candidates will receive a brief screening questionnaire and will be asked to submit a 30-second video introduction. We are looking for the best of the best. Show us why that is you.

Se requiere dominio del inglés y español. Esta posición requiere comunicación diaria en inglés.
