We are building a high-volume, automation-driven lead generation and outreach engine focused on B2B markets (HOAs, insurance, real estate, and related verticals).Our system combines AI calling, CRM automation, email sequences, and paid acquisition, supported by specialized vendors and internal tools.We are now looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own and operate this ecosystem end-to-end.This role is not about running ads or selling — it is about making sure the entire revenue machine works flawlessly every day.Role OverviewThe Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for owning our CRM, automation workflows, lead lifecycle, and performance visibility.You will coordinate multiple moving parts (AI caller, email campaigns, paid traffic, data imports, and vendors) and ensure that leads flow correctly, systems stay clean, and performance is continuously optimized.You are the person who knows:
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Automation Ownership
Own and manage HubSpot (pipelines, workflows, properties, lead routing)
Maintain and optimize email sequences and broadcast campaigns
Monitor and manage AI calling workflows and basic logic
Ensure accurate lead lifecycle tracking and CRM hygiene
Data & Lead Operations
Import, structure, deduplicate, and QA lead lists
Ensure proper tagging, segmentation, and attribution
Maintain clean, scalable data processes
Channel & Vendor Coordination
Act as the operational point of contact for:
Google Ads providers (tracking and performance feedback)
Data/list providers
Email infrastructure and deliverability tools
Translate performance data into actionable feedback
Light Technical & Operational Support
Troubleshoot automation issues (Zapier / Make / API-level logic — no coding required)
Identify and resolve workflow failures or bottlenecks
Document processes and maintain SOPs
Reporting & Performance Visibility
Build and maintain dashboards and reports
Track KPIs such as:
Proactively flag issues before they impact revenue
What You Will NOT Be Doing
Running Google Ads
Cold calling or sales
Writing complex code
Designing landing pages
Managing social media
Your job is to own the system, not every execution channel.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (certification is a plus)
Experience in marketing automation, RevOps, or marketing operations
Solid understanding of lead generation funnels and CRM logic
Comfortable working with multiple tools and automations
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to Have
Experience with B2B lead generation, SaaS, real estate, insurance, or proptech
Familiarity with AI tools, outbound systems, or call automation
Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms
Reporting and dashboard experience
