Full Job Description

Our administrative VA would be working in our back office as well as include customer service responsibilities. 

We operate Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time


Our business can be fast paced at time so its important to be a 

-Fast Learner 

-Pay close attention to detail

-Follow Instructions well

-Be able to relate to customers

We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks. 


We currently observe, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. We are open to discussing what holidays are important for you to observe. 


Job Responsibilities

Daily Task would include:

  • Answer Phone Calls
  • Call Warm Leads
  • Data Entry into Crm systems 
  • Email Clients 
  • Calendar Management
  • Sales/Appointment Booking 
  • Follow Up with Clients 
  • Communicate with Admin team
  • Create Social Media Content



Job Requirements

In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an

expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.

  • Web research using search engines like Google, IE,Bing, etc
  • Microsoft Word
  • Gmail and other email applications
  • Google Docs & TypeForm
  • Communications apps like, FB messenger, Microsoft Teams etc
  • Project management software - Asana
  • Time management or time tracking software (OnTheClock, or Toggle)
  • Google Voice
