We are a company operating in the real estate sector in Florida, and we are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative via WhatsApp and Facebook. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English (spoken and written), skilled in negotiation, and experienced in digital marketing, especially Facebook Ads and Google Ads. We seek someone highly self-sufficient who doesn’t just follow instructions, but also brings fresh ideas to optimize processes and enhance partnerships, customer relationships, and team collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

Manage sales and customer support conversations via WhatsApp Business and Facebook Messenger.

Convert leads into clients through effective, personalized communication.

Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

Engage in Facebook groups and digital communities to generate leads.

Negotiate with clients and partners as needed.

Bring ideas and suggestions to improve processes and workflows.

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and service goals.

Job Requirements

Advanced English (spoken and written) — mandatory.

Proven experience in digital sales and customer service.

Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Autonomous, proactive, and decision-oriented mindset.

Marketing knowledge and a desire to improve and innovate.

Plus: Experience using AI tools to optimize communication, sales, or marketing workflows.
