The Junior Move Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales for a moving company. This role involves managing customer inquiries, selling moving services, and addressing customer needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a dedication to achieving individual and team sales goals.
Salary: $1000 + Commissions
Sales and Customer Service:
Engage with customers over the phone to understand their moving needs and offer tailored solutions.
Follow the company's established Sales Process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet or exceed sales goals by converting inquiries into bookings.
Customer Management:
Plan and organize daily work schedules to manage existing and potential customers effectively.
Maintain clear communication with clients, addressing minor issues and escalating concerns to Seniors or Management when necessary.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service and support.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
Offer support to coworkers when needed to maintain a positive and productive team environment.
Professional Development:
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the Sales Department.
Stay informed about company services, industry trends, and customer needs.
Actively seek advice and clarification to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
General Duties:
Complete all assigned tasks and contribute to achieving team goals.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related role is a plus.
