Full Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Agent / Closer to join our growing moving company. This is a phone-based sales role focused on delivering great customer service and closing deals with warm customer inquiries.

Compensation: $1,300 monthly draw against commission (unlimited earning potential)  - Growth opportunities & performance incentives - Supportive team culture focused on success

Job Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Speak with customers by phone to understand their moving needs
• Sell moving services using our proven sales process
• Convert inquiries into booked moves
• Build strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team to hit individual & team goals

Job Requirements

 Sales or customer service experience (a plus)  Strong communication & negotiation skills  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment  Goal-driven, confident, and motivated  Positive, customer-first mindset
