We are looking for a motivated, high-energy Sales Agent / Closer to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will handle phone-based sales by responding to warm customer inquiries, consulting with clients on their moving needs, and closing sales using our proven process.This role is ideal for a competitive, customer-focused communicator who wants the stability of a guaranteed income paired with the financial upside of uncapped commissions.

Compensation & Structure

$1,300 – $3,000+ USD / Month

We offer a $1,300 monthly guaranteed draw to give you immediate income stability, paired with an uncapped commission structure. Typical earnings range between $1,300 and $3,000+ per month based on your closing performance; putting your income directly in your control.

Job Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Calls: Speak with customers via phone to consult on their moving needs and provide accurate estimates.

Pipeline Closing: Utilize our proven sales framework to convert warm inquiries into booked moves.

Customer Support: Answer questions, address minor concerns, and build strong relationships to earn trust and lock in business.

CRM & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs, notes, and booking updates within SmartMoving and internal tracking systems.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve individual and monthly company targets.

Job Requirements

Experience: 1–2+ years of sales or phone-based customer service experience preferred (moving, logistics, or home services experience is a major plus).

Language Skills: Advanced to Fluent English (excellent verbal articulation, active listening, and strong written skills).

Sales Mindset: Confident, goal-driven, assertive, and comfortable handling objections and closing sales over the phone.

Tech Setup: A reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet, professional remote workspace with a quality headset.
