Sales Agent / Freight Sales Rep (Hourly + Commission) – Lead-Fed (Remote, LATAM)

Job Type:

Full-time, Remote (LATAM)

Pay:

$5.50 USD per hour + 20% commission on gross profit (GP) for shipments you book. 

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (US business hours preferred). 8 AM - 4:30 PM  PST

About the Role:

We are hiring a long-term Sales Agent to work a provided lead list, follow up consistently, and close new shipping accounts. This is a relationship-driven B2B role — we build long-term partnerships with customers who ship repeatedly. We have a proven system and processes in place to help you succeed. If you are consistent and follow the system, this role is designed for you to grow your income year after year through ongoing customer relationships and shipment volume. 

Bonus (Nice to Have):

• Logistics/freight experience (LTL or truckload)
• Experience selling to US-based businesses

Performance Expectations:

• 10–20 outbound calls per day
• Consistent daily follow-up activity
• Accurate CRM updates (every lead must have a next step scheduled)
• Progression of leads to quote requests and booked shipments

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Call assigned leads daily (10–20 outbound calls/day)
• Follow up by email and phone until you get a clear outcome (yes/no/next step)
• Qualify prospects and gather shipping info (LTL/FTL, origin/destination zips, pallet count, weight/dimensions, frequency, pickup/delivery requirements)
• Send follow-up emails after calls using company templates
• Book shipments and/or hand off complete lane info for quoting (depending on account needs)
• Update our CRM (Pipedrive) with notes and set the next follow-up task for every lead
• Escalate hot opportunities to management immediately

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Strong spoken and written English (confident on the phone)
• Proven sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Excellent follow-up habits and organization
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, quality headset
• Comfortable working with CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred)
