Sales and Customer Support Team

Full Job Description

Advanced English required, 40 hours per week, full time, 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday-thru- Friday PST time zone. Support external sales team by interfacing with customers via, emails, phone calls and texts. Sales for Automotive Audio equipment and accessories. Communication and liaison between our customers, our sales team and our manufacturers in such things as sales orders entry and follow-up, return authorization requests, and requests for providing product information. Sales contact and follow-ups to ensure actions and requests were closed to the customers satisfaction. Client Relationship,  Account Management, Issue Resolution and Support.

Job Responsibilities

Communication and liaison between our customers, our sales team and our manufacturers in such things as sales orders entry and follow-up, return authorization requests, and requests for providing product information. Sales contact and follow-ups to ensure actions and requests were closed to the customers satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills, High level English, email, text and communications via writing skills, good voice communications
